Hi I'm Claire, let me tell you a little about myself...

 

I’ve always felt this quiet pull inside me like there was more to life than just going through the motions. I didn’t just want to exist, I wanted to really feel, to understand myself, and to experience life in a deeper, more meaningful way. That curiosity is what took me to India, where I first discovered yoga… and something in me just cracked open. It was a profound, heart-opening experience that I still struggle to put into words, but I knew from that moment that I couldn’t go back to living on autopilot. That journey led me into breathwork and meditation, which slowly became anchors in my life. 


Over time, these practices changed me in ways I never expected. I started to notice my thoughts instead of being controlled by them. I became less reactive, more open, and more connected to my heart. There was a softening… a growing sense of self-love, compassion, and a deeper trust in life. And honestly, that’s what lights me up the most about this work being able to hold space for others as they experience their own shifts. I work a lot with people who feel stressed, overwhelmed, or stuck, but deep down know they’re ready for something more. People who want to feel lighter, clearer, and more like themselves again. My approach is really gentle and nurturing, but also empowering. I meet you where you are, and together we create space for real, lasting change bridging both the science of the nervous system and the deeper, more intuitive side of healing.


When you step into a session with me, my hope is that you feel safe enough to exhale… to let go of the pressure you’ve been carrying, even if just for a moment. This is a space where you’re supported, seen, and gently guided but also reminded of your own strength and ability to transform. I’ve seen clients leave feeling lighter, calmer, more confident, and more connected to themselves in a way they hadn’t felt in a long time. And that matters to me what happens after the session too. That’s why I offer follow-up support, like voice notes, so you don’t feel alone in the integration. 


I’m trained in Vinyasa and Yin yoga, have over 200 hours of breathwork training with the Embodied Breathwork Academy, and hold a Level 3 Diploma in Hypnotherapy recognised by the National Hypnotherapy Society but more than anything, this work comes from lived experience, from walking this path myself, and from a genuine desire to support you in coming home to who you truly are.
